Due to the fact that our items are virtually purchased on the Internet, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Money-Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All uninstalled merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be refunded within 7 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 14 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Customers must inform 3DHairAndSupply.com of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Canceling an Order
You may request that an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply email deraesdazlingdesigns@gmail.com during our hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day. If order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, please refer to return policy in this case.

Packages require a signature upon delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation. All returned packages must be insured, and customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
For any custom hair orders purchased, invoice needs to be paid in full within 90 days of completed order or we will assume you no longer want your custom order, and it will be marked for sale.
